Qualifications:

• at least 2nd year college
• preferably, at least 5’2” in height for female and 5’6” in height for male
• in good physical condition
• has good oral communication skills

• has a pleasing and amiable personality
• has good moral character
• willing to work during weekends and holidays
• highly organized
Job Description:
• Sells the goods in the store and assists all customers in the store.
• Assists customers at all times and gets merchandise requested in the stock room as needed. Encourages customer to check the items before paying for them in the cashier.
• May calculate sales discounts to determine discounted price for the customer’s information.
• Organizes the stock room. Ensures that all the stock inventory, soiled and damaged goods for pull-out and display accessories in the stock room are organized.
• Receives all ordered Non-Trade Items and delivered Trade Items in the store.
• Does quality control of all received items in the store and prepares items for Damaged Items Report.
• Assists customers from time to time in bringing out items purchased from the store.
• In the absence of a Maintenance Personnel in the store, does all responsibilities of the Maintenance Personnel

TOPS GOES TO COLLEGE
Director of Retail, Darby McClintock was asked to speak at STI on what to wear to an interview. Darby not only spoke on what clothing to choose but how to act and groom yourself prior to your interview.
A huge success for TOPS and the community! This enabled us to share our years of experience and inspire a hundred or so of the next generation of businessman and women.! Also attending the session, Jonas Ang gave remarks on do’s and don’ts for the eager young minds. “It was informative and fun.” said one of the students. “You guys are so cool.” We left with gifts of appreciation and the good feeling of being a pivotal part of their budding careers.
Word Vision for The Giving Tree Program
The Ceremonial turnover of the payment to World Vision for The Giving Tree Program took place last January 14, 2010 at our Jupiter branch. It was an intimate gathering shared by TOPS and World Vision. Thank you to all the shoppers and store owners who made this event a success. We hope for your support again next Christmas!
